Travel to Papeete with Air Tahiti Nui and get a sense of French Polynesia from the moment you step onboard the plane. On arrival in Papeete, you’ll be transferred to the nearby Te Moana Tahiti Resort where the infinity pool overlooking the Tahiti lagoon beckons.

Start your journey with an overnight at the charming Te Moana Tahiti Resort which has commanding views of Moorea across the channel. Take in this relaxing setting on Tahiti’s lagoon before making your way to the ferry building in downtown Papeete. You’ll feel the beating heart of French Polynesia as you traverse the hustle and bustle of downtown before boarding your ferry to Tahiti’s relaxed sister island, Moorea.

Both beautiful and savage, Moorea’s terrain is a combination of jagged mountains, green foothills, colorful houses, pineapple plantations and white sandy beaches, all surrounded by the blue lagoon and a protective coral reef. The perfectly situated Sofitel Kia Ora Moorea Beach Resort is the ideal place to settle in for three nights of serenity and relaxation with your loved one. Included in your stay is a boat tour of the Moorea lagoon with a motu picnic (a motu is a tiny islet situated in the lagoon).

Next, you will travel to Rangiroa, a pancake-flat atoll in the Tuamotu island group, approximately one hour by air from Papeete. Enjoy the next four nights at the Kia Ora Rangiroa, which is located on a sprawling palm tree plantation alongside the Rangiroa lagoon.

All too soon, it will be time to return to the Rangiroa airport for your Air Tahiti flight back to Papeete and your onward flight back to Los Angeles with Air Tahiti Nui.
